From the analysis and feedback from employers, the majority of overseas talents:

- Have in sufficient understanding of enterprises and local & global job market

- Face difficulties and challenges in the application process

- Don’t have relevant internship/working experience

We believe these difficulties can be solved as long as students are well prepared and have dedicated support to help domestic and international students. We hope to work together with career center of global universities to create an organization that provides comprehensive career help and support to all overseas students and employers.

Currently, GUCCU (Global University Central Career Union) is working with many universities worldwide to further integrate various cooperation with a large amount of local and global recruitment resources, devoting itself to help both domestic and international students of each partner universities achieve their universal career development goals. It aims at creating an internationalized platform for its partner universities and global employers, assisting more overseas talents achieve career goals, and meeting various of needs of employers.
